I never liked multicultural society so I moved to Cornwall?

My cultural problem is that some recently arrived cultures in my area seem to have certain boundary issues or lack of, i don't want to be disturbed night after night by foreigners trying to sell knock of DVD's jumpers lighters or any crap they buy from LIDL. All i can do is inform the locals and the authorities and keep vigilant. My wife opens the door to anyone, i don't especially if they're foreign. One ruse they use is to call to the door asking if they knew John or paul, don't know their second name but think they lived in my street. Always in pairs, once i hear the wife trying to help them i bounce to the door, if they were Innocent they wouldn't bolt so quickly especially if the man of the house is there. Nobody has the right to call to my door unexpectedly, 10pm at night in a shithole of an area my main priority is to keep my wife safe. I will not tolerate people overstepping the boundary mark, thats all i can do is keep a defined safety bubble around myself and my home.
