Should Hong kong authority allow the Indonesian crooks to recover the misappropriated funds of 800 b US?

The 800 billion US dollars of the Bank of Indonesian,s liquidation support fund was stolen from the BHS bank by Herdra Raharadja.He was died in in 2003. This was involved and flourished under the dictatorship of Suharto. Under the Mutual legal agreement (MLA)which is to be signed between Hong Kong government and Indonesia an agreement allowing Jakarta to pursue the misapproppriated funds hidden in Hong Kong banks and financial institutions. The illegal money was initially transferred from Indonesia to Australia and then to Hong Kong. I think this hidden fund should be confied and donate to the charity for the needies in this world. Hong Kong government should not put their hands into this fund and not allow the Indonesian to recover it. What is your point of view, elaborate.
