Can anyone help me write a paragraph?

Well our teacher gave us a homework to write a paragraph using adjective phrases and clauses and adverb phrases and clauses based on DECISIONS. Well i have wrote like 2 to 3 paragraph but it just isn't based on decisions. So plz help me
