Fellow conspiracy theorists, how do you feel now ... ?

Howard Dean stated the votes or delegates would count for Michigan and Florida. Its a matter of when and how. Why is he doing this? If not counted, Michigan and Florida will overwhelmingly go to McCain in November. Democrats can not win without these states. Some say count 1 delegate as a .5 vote. I don't know how they will do it. Still up in the air.
