What does a whitish tongue with red spots mean?

I'm not sure, but if I were you I'd get myself to the emergency room. Although even after antibiotics and whatnot you should give it a few days to feel better, but you seem to have gotten much worse. If your tongue is swollen and you can barely eat, go see a doctor, or go to the ER. Feel better!
