What do you think....please read?

My due date is july 11, obviously that is just a rough guess. But I recieved blood work october 21, which came back negative....so they gave me my depo shot that day, based on that when do u thimk I could have concieved? AND without the due date when could I have concieved on a time frame based upon me just getting the shot and bloodwork.
