My 2 kittens dont get on. What can I do?

I got a little Main Coon x Norwegian Forest 4 weeks ago who is now 10 weeks old. She was the most loving cat I have ever seen, always snuggling under my chin, licking and purring or getting carried about like a baby. She was so friendly it was brilliant. I decided to get her a little friend for when Im out at work so I bought a 13 weeks old male Ragdoll a few days ago (neutered). They seem to be getting on a little better today, chasing each other about (her more than him) but they are still hissing and growling at each other. He is so friendly to me and wants to be by my side constantly but she wont come near me now, even when he is not about. She hisses, spits n bites me when i touch her and is the same with any of my relatives. everyone says give her all the attention to start with, but she wont let me near her at all and I feel bad not cuddling him because that's what he wants. Shes just so jealous. Can anyone help???
