I HATE DOING WIT SOMEONE WHOM I'M NOT WITH OR NOT MY PARTNER, HOW CAN I RESIST AND FIGHT TEMPTATION?

I always feel guilty and dirty every after that I did illegally, but I really can"t fight temptation. I already asked for counseling and all stuff that helps me to just do the right thing but it seems like they are ineffective Please Help..
