Do Gay Guys who Have Gay Voices Have To Make a Concerted Effort To Sound that Way?

I don't just mean a lisp cuz anyone can have a lisp, I mean like a gay high pitch drawl, is that natural or do they have to train themselves to sound that way? Or do they take Female pills to make themselves soudn that way?
