Child Support and Child Care Subsidy?

My ex seems to think that because her job offers a child care subsidy paid directly to the care-givers, she should get a check from me each month that covers the amount of the subsidy because it is her benefit. I think the new "true" cost of childcare should be entered into the support calculator and I will give her back the difference it comes up with. Who's is legally correct?
