I need to be a event manager in organizing birthday part in which i need to identify client, type of event, purpose of event, objectives of event, stakeholders of events, target market, location and space requirement, duration of event, theme & format of event, creative elements of event, event resources / key management issues, financial resources, event logestic / coordination, Responsibilities and reporting requirements, internal and external factors and approvals section is to be covered.
