Applying to Syracuse? Help!?

So online, it says they recommend 4 years of science. Right now as a senior I'm taking the last year which is AP Physics B, but I was unlucky and got a bad teacher and it is really difficult. What if I drop it? Is it better to drop rather than get a bad grade? Will it ruin my chances at Syracuse?
